Refund Policy
At USA Caribbean Tours Group, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., booking fees or third-party charges).
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the departure date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the departure date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Deposits for custom travel packages.
- Airline tickets (subject to the airline’s refund policy).
- Third-party services such as excursions, activities, or accommodations booked through our partners.
3. Changes and Rescheduling
Changes to bookings may be allowed, subject to availability and additional fees. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing to sales@usacaribbeantours.com.
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted to sales@usacaribbeantours.com with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political events, pandemics) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, credits for future travel may be issued instead of refunds.
